Meet Jello

What's up guys?

I'm Angelo Outlaw Junior. Mostly everyone calls me Jello. I'm 21 years old. I grew up in Philly, PA. I started playing keyboards during my freshman year of high school at Upper Darby. I started playing in drum corps front ensembles in 2004 with DCA's the Bushwackers Senior Corp. I started marching DCI with Kiwanis Kavaliers in 2005. I spent the 2006 and 2007 seasons with the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps. For 2008 and 2009 I marched with the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps. While at the Bluecoats I had the opportunity to be a part of the 2009 Chill Line. Epic Time.

I began marching Mystique in 2008. I played vibraphone for the 2008 and 2009 seasons and marimba in 2010. Now, in 2011, I am the section leader. My rookie year was the most difficult because I was in the "Florida Crew," which meant that I had to take a Greyhound bus then drive 8 more hours to get to rehearsals in Tennessee, every weekend. For the 2009 season I decided to make the most of my time and moved to Murfreesboro. I spend the time that I would have spent in the car chillin' with my roommates (fellow ensemble members). Since moving to the 'boro, I've had the opportunity to play music with some of the most amazing people. Members of this ensemble have grown to be some of the closet friends I've ever had. I have learned a lot of life lessons from the members of Mystique.

I currently a Business Management student online at Kaplan University. In my spare time I frequent the live music scene in Nashville and stay on the cusp of emerging genres of music.
